Online Room Requests?

Just booked our June trip and made all our dining reservations!!!

We’ve always just called to make room requests, but I’m wondering if there is a way to make them online? I see where discounts can be applied to your reservation online once they’re released and I’d love to make a room request online too and avoid calling (not a fan of calling)

And- from experience- have you had success with online room requests (if you can actually do such a thing)

There is a limited set of requests you can make in online check-in, but depending on the nature of your requests, the only real way to have them added is to call.

Room requests are hit or miss, as they're dependent on many moving parts.

Yes, we’ve always made room requests and have generally received them- such as - close to bus stop or sometimes even a specific building. Just wondering if there was a place to make these online- I didn’t think about the online check in being the place for it- but that makes sense. Thanks! I may call anyway to make sure it’s there and hopefully we’ll get lucky and get them!
