It is becoming a regular event for me!! I called to make sure they were still there and make a change and in the middle of it all, the CM said her system went down too and she couldn't do anything! So frustrating!! I hope they get this fixed soon! I have all of my emails to refer back to, but it sure is easier to be able to view them all at once. I would be really upset if I were leaving soon and couldn't pull up my ressies!
