Is it better to use online ressie vs phone ressie? Are there problems with the online database, this feature was not available when I last owned.

I've used it for 2 reservations with no problem. I think it helped me get my VGC reservation for September because you can use it at 8:00am eastern.

Thanks Debbie, I would like to use it, sound easy to use. I have read comments about folks having problems. Seems to be isolated to multiple resort ownerships and separate memberships, different use years etc...

Once your points are loaded into the system, you can play around with it to see how it works for yourself. I'm sure you'll like it. It's easy to use, especially if you have just one contract.

No problem for me and I own 2 resorts same UY. Was able to get VGC at 7 months and a Beach Cottage at VB at 11 months.

No problem, we used online booking twice and got what we wanted .

I thought the on-line process was easy, I just wish there was some place to enter requests so you didn't have to have MS to do it. I booked Aulani this morning for December.
