Online rate/booking question

I have a question about online vs phone bookings.

First, let me say I haven't had any problems changing AP-rate room ressies (adding days at least) when I've made them over the phone.

For this trip, I booked an AP room only rate online for 7 nights. I need to change it to 5 nights (cancel the 1st 2 nights). Can they do this if you call CRO on the phone? Will I lose the AP rate?

I have changed bookings I made online by calling CRO before, and I don't think you will have any trouble (I didn't lose any rates,etc.) I've even changed paid in full online bookings, and they just credited my credit card for the dates I didn't need :sunny:

As long as you are changing room only to room only you should be OK. I think the only problem they have a hard time with is when you book room only online and then call and want to change to a package(and vice versa). I have read from previous posters that they needed to cancel and rebook to do that, but that was a while ago and there might have been a glitch (don't remember the details) :confused3

Just make sure when you call you get the correct quote (have it figured before you call what two days less should be), and then I would call back one more time after you do that just to make sure that your ressie is correct - but then I'm just paranoid about my ressies :goodvibes
