Online Personal Trainer

Can anyone recommend an online personal trainer/dietitian/nutritionist? I would like some help in getting back into shape and lose weight, but don't have access to anyone where I live. Mostly would like to be held accountable and get a personalized workout and communication. I've been let down by friends and would-be trainers doing it for free (as I'm a big baby and need my hand held for a long time with exercise), so I was thinking this may be the solution to my problem.
