Not sure if I'm the last to know this but I wanted to share my experience this morning while trying to make online adrs.
I was up and online at 6am. Kept getting a server 500? error. DH came by and switched from internet explorer browser to Firefox and then we were able to sucessfully book our adrs.
Just thought I'd share. I was very frustrated and would have never thought to change the browser. Hoping maybe this helps someone in the future.
