Online dining reservation system = useless!

I make my reservations on Monday with a DVC #. Just checking in to see if it was still a problem. I guess I will just plan to call at 7 a.m. Looks like they could have this fixed by now...

Online, I couldn't use my DVC confirmation #. I called in this morning at 7 and gave the CM my confirmation # and she still couldn't find it. I got worried big time then... But she used my name, date of arrival and where I was staying to find me in the system. I then did my ADRs without any problem whatsoever and the CM was quite pleasant and very fun to talk to. If you get this lady, you'll thank the website for being down. She was quite a hoot and I needed that at 7 am on a Saturday.

And my ADR confirmations have shown up online now.
