Online cruise docs question

I'll be leaving home before Disney sends out my Docs so I'm so glad they made the changes to their system. I downloaded the cruise documents. I'm on the West Coast cruise. Now for my question. Do I have to fill out an embarkation departure form for everyone. Seems redundant to be answering the same questions over and over...and to be saying I am the legal guardian and then filling one out for the kids.

O.K. so if I understand right I need to fill out:
1-payment authorization and allow my DH to charge (don't want my kids charging)
4-cruise contracts ( one for each person in my party)
? embarkation departure form

Are these all the forms I need? I didn't fill out medical form because I don't need that and minor authorization because I am the parent. Am I set...or do I still need to fill out more forms at the port. Thanks in advance everyone.

When I have to fill out forms for all my children where a portion of the info is the same, I fill out a "starter kit" and xerox it, then fill out the individual info for each and sign it. My name, address, insurance info, etc. stays the same and just saves a little time. I'm not sure exactly what is on the forms you asked about so not sure if it will work, but maybe this would help.
