Online Checkin Question

So I have three reservations.

One on the 20th

one on the 21st

and one on the 25th


I online checked in for my one on the 20th

I went back in today to check in for my one on the 21 but all that comes up is the one on the 20th.

I thought maybe since I checked in for the first one it automatically does the other two, but it only shows the dates for the first single night reservation.

Can you not do more than one online checkin?

Is it just a weird glitch that is somehow part of this weeks website and reservation snafu due to the upgrades?

Am I not doing something right?

I never got an email remindeing me to online checkin I have just been going in through the website.

Well after waiting 40 minutes on hold only to be told, oh call THIS number I got someone in tech support (answered after like 2 minutes) to give my a backdoor web address to the online system and checked in no problem.


She thought maybe it was the computer problems from earlier this week with the reservation system that was causing the problem.
