Online Checkin-Port Arrival Times Locked Out

Today I am able to check in online. The option to choose port arrival times shows a lock symbol. I was able to input flight info and pre-post cruise hotel info,although I didn't do it yet. Does anyone think this is not available because we have Disney transfers?

I'm not positive, but I believe that if you are using Disney transfers, you do not need to choose a port arrival time, since they control your port arrival time.

It will only "unlock" once you have completed your online check-in. We had to wait for my daughter's passport to arrive and enter the number before we were able to complete the online check-in and choose our port arrival time.

I had the same issue and my work around was to select birth certificate knowing I could go back and edit later. Then port arrival was unlocked. I am using disney transfers and still needed to select a time.

I'm using Disney transfers and I was allowed to select my port arrival time.
