We tried to do online check in for our upcoming trip but got a systems error after I entered all of the data. Only two of our three segments had the yellow-orange button that allows you to check in online. Which makes sense because we are 9 days out from segment number two, and 8 days out from segment 1. For segment three, check-in June 13th, we are still 4 days away for online check-in.
All three segments appear as separate rooms under each check in. So I think the system is thinking we're not within 10 days of our reservation.
Is that how it usually is, you have to wait to do online check until the last segment is 10 days out? So does that mean sometimes you can't do online check-in because you have too long of a vacation? E.g. the first segment is 14 days and the second 7 days. You'd be in the villa before the 10 day mark comes up for the second segment.
If that's the case, I wish they'd go back to different reservation numbers. Because one of the reasons I really like online check in is that my credit card is added to the Disney reservation and I don't have to give it again at the front desk.
