Online Check In

We are at our 30 day check-in window however, I only see the "check in" button on my app - I don't see it when I login from a computer. Can you only check in through the app? Also, first time Disney sailor - is it usually this hard to check in? I can't even get it to pull up in the app....

You can do it on the computer - it is a little more hidden, but it's there. Were you able to find it?

It finally showed up but was still giving problems. I tried again this morning and it let me do more than yesterday but still giving issues with uploading documents. My travel agent called Disney and they said they were having "challenges" with the online check in but that they were working on it. So hopefully later!

We had lots of trouble with check in this time. Stayed up til midnight lastnight to check in and try to book meet n greet and character breakfast and spent 4 hours dealing with glitches, restarts etc. By the time we finally got checked in everything was booked. I do not recall problems like this before.

I had a terrible time checking in for my January cruise. It turned out that DCL had 4 of their ships departing on the same day. Created quite the log jamb!

And too bad there aren't companies that let you instantly scale up your bandwidth based on traffic flow, otherwise it would look really bad to treat customers paying a market premium so badly when they use your services.

That's what I'm saying. If only this had been explored before these issues, no one would have any problem using their site. Next time, we should deal with a multi-multi-billion dollar company who has the ability to know about such things.
