Online Check In?

We had experienced some issues at the start of planning our trip and the manager of the reservations department told us that we would have a surprise at check in, this was mentioned to us about 4 months ago. We are eligible to begin online check in in a few days. My question is, do we do online check in or just wait since we are suppose to have a surprise at check in. Thanks!

I did online check-in for our May trip, and we got a surprise at check-in anyway. We got upgraded from a regular room to a 1BR CL suite at Beach Club. The CL cast member was in front of the resort waiting for us when we got off the DME bus!

That's awesome! I might go ahead and do online check in. Right now we are booked at AKL with a standard CL room.
