Online check-in

I read a few threads from people who had problems checking in online with Virgin. I've been checking my flights regularly, so know all my details are correct. Now, I go to the online check-in page, and it says it is unable to find my details

Im not overly worried about it, but I dont think its going to let us do online check-in, which is a bit of a pain

can you phone them and tell them what you want to do and that online check in hasnt got your details, they maybe able to up date it?? worth a try anyway!

Hi Jeanette. I did decide to give them a phone on their 'website help' number. Apparently they are having problems, so I will try again tonight at the hotel.

I also told him that the flight was showing as 14:30 departure, that our original flight was meant to be 13:45, and nobody notified us of the change. After checking, he said the website is wrong, its actually 13:30, and thanks for letting them know

Anyway, im too excited to be worried lol

it seems whatever airline you go with there is always a problem with something or other.
I've noticed that a few people in the past have had problems with online check ins-virgin should take a look at this, as its not a few but many.
