Online Check-in / Room Requests

I checked in last week on my 10 day mark. It was also the day that all Disney's web sites were having issues. I wasn't able to put any room requests on the check-in. I have tried to go back a few times to modify and have been unable to. The option is there, but when I click and the pop-up comes up....there is nothing there to select. We are renting points from someone, standard view at Kidani. I want to be near the elevator...any suggestions? What do you think the chances are of me asking at check-in since I can't add it online? Is anyone else having the same issue?

You need to have the member either call or e-mail your requests to member services. I don't think online check-in requests work for DVC. Near the elevator is probably the #1 request for Kidani.

It's weird because we rented points in November at Kidani too. I was able to add the requests at that time. Just not now. Did it change recently?
