online check in questions

I am confused and hoping for some answers.

We are booked with a TA. We were talking today about room requests and online check in.

We booked our trip for November 2013 in January 2013 (if that makes a difference).

After booking I heard about changes to online check in time frame and 2 tickets to DisneyQuest included in packages.

When I've asked agent about these changes she responds with the "old" facts. 10 day online check in window and Disney Quest tix with WP&M option only.

I am confused. If we are under old policies because of when we booked that is fine....I just want to KNOW that is the reason....any thoughts?

You can now do online check in 60 days out, no matter when you booked.

Two entries to DisneyQuest are included with every package.

Grrrrr now to confront the TA. Especially since we're going at a busy time!!!!

Where do you live? Online check-in 60 days out is available under the new My Disney Experience site. It's fairly new, so your TA may not be up on it. But if you are Canadian, British, or something other than American, I don't believe you are eligible since the My Disney Experience site isn't up and running in other countries yet.

Michigan....I haven't tackled it with her yet. Figure I'll wait til closer to the 60 day mark.

But we should also have 2 Disney Quest tickets too....along with the Planet Hollywp discounts and minigolf stuff, right? Even though we booked in January?
