Online check-in questions

Hi-
Sorry, but I have a bunch of questions!!!
I just logged onto the member site to complete the online check-in (we arrive SAT!!!!!). Anyway, when I look at the itinerary details for our AKV Kidani stay, it says "Package: Pirate, water view." Anyone know what that means???? We're booked for a Savannah view and I was just curious.

Also, it shows my kids ages as 10, 10 and 3, when really they are 16, 15 and 6. I assume this is just for the over 3 and over 10 categories????

Where do I see the dining plan? I know we added it on before, but I don't see it listed.

Anything else I should know before I complete this????

Call MS and correct/verify your information and requests.

When you have the dining plan, it is supposed to show up when you click on "View Details".

As PP stated, contact MS immediately to make sure that it is indeed part of your reservation. This happened to me last summer. It didn't show on the website. I called and they had it listed, but needed to change something so that it would show up correctly.

Ok, thanks. I'll do that in the morning. I just noticed when I first click on the details it shows up as "Package: Dining." When I go to the next page and click on the details button it shows as "Package: Pirate, water view." I must admit, the Pirate, water view statement is intriguing!

The Pirate error is a known one. DVC uses the Disney on line check in system and the Pirate room is at one of the Mods that start with a "C". For some reason the system gets confused once in a while.

I leave today for VWL and when I did the online check in last week, the same thing happened to me. I called MS and the woman there was very nice but had no idea why it said "Pirate Water view". She assured me that all of my requests were there and I had the dining plan. Hopefully all goes well when I check in this evening.

I just did online check in yesterday and the kids showed up the same way.

And.. the infant wasn't there at all!

When I called MS about it they said that it's fine. It was correct in MS, but not online.

Online there was a 10yo, marked as 10. 7yo marked as 3, and like I said, no infant.

The Disney Pirate Package with water view is at the Carribean in one if its pirate themed rooms so obviously the computer is screwed up on that one but your actual reservation that you made should be fine.
