Online Check In Q: Using 2 credit cards

I need help with online check in. We 2 rooms reserved...one for DH and I and another room for friends. How do we set-up a different credit card for each room? When I go into online check in it shows both rooms but only 1 credit card box. Please help! TIA

I don't think you can do it on line if the reservations have the same number.

We had a reservation like that at AKV for early November. Sometime after the on-line check-in window opened, the resort cancelled and rebooked the rooms with seperate reservation numbers.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I'll try the site again in a few days...maybe they will split our reservations too. if not, I guess I'll just check in the old fashion way.

If you haven't checked lately, check again.

We arrive at SSR next Friday (12/9). The reservation was in two segments due to a wait list. Today (12/2), the two segment reservation was cancelled and rebooked as a single segment. The same thing was done for a stay at BWV in Oct.

We did it in person during check-in this past fall when we traveled with in-laws. Our immediate family was on one and the inlaws were on another. But be sure to check the itemized statement. They ended up not doing it correctly and had one of the in-laws on our statement. It was fixed, but took a while due to the language barrier!
