Online Check in problem

So I did the online check in tonight. The credit/debit card I have saved said there was "errors" on the page. I was able to move past it. When I finished the check in, it said no credit card on file. If I look at my reservation page it shows a card on file. So now I wonder is it or isn't it?
Will this mess up my online check in? I want to have it on file

No, it won't mess up online check-in. The web site is extremely glitchy. When you arrive, confirm that your card (with the correct info) is on file. If it's not for some reason, it will only take them a second to add it.

P.S. I was born and raised in Rochester but have lived in the Buffalo/Niagara region for the last 7 years. Love Rochester!

My brother lives in Buffalo (N. Tonawonda)!!
I have never tried the online check in, this whole trip has been glitchy web site. My 180 mark I could not book +10, had to call instead. My first big payment never posted to my balance online, now the check in!!

I also live in North Tonawanda! Wheatfield technically, but right on the border of NT. It's a small world after all....

Yes - I had the same issues when doing my +10. I had to call on my 180th day in order to make all of my ADRs. I tried EVERYTHING recommended on these boards and couldn't get the +10. I had to wait until I was entirely within the 180 day range before I could make any changes online. So irritating! The good news is it's not just us... lots of reports of issues with the site. Let's hope it doesn't spill over while we're there!

My reservation info online says $0.00 due but I have not received anything from Disney. Paid it off 5 days ago. Don't the normally send something?

Is it a RO or package?

Room only will not receive anything prior. A package will receive a packet in the mail about 30 days before arrival.

Lol yes I am. It is a package but I thought I received a confirmation before my "Mickey" mail! There have been bumps along the line with dealing with any of this with the computer, that makes me nervous!

Hopefully all the kinks are worked out! Typically the MM will print at the 45 day marker if you're PIF and send at 42 days (pending weekends/holidays).

As it gets closer to the 30 day marker you can call and ask when the packet was sent to printing.

Only other thing that might be coming would be DME stuff. Sometimes it's separate - sometimes it's in the MM!
