online check in problem

Anybody else ever have this problem? I put in all my info & it says highlighted yellow items need to be corrected. What is highlighted (I think) is my e-m & my check in time. Do you have to put in 4:00 if you are getting there earlier? Seems like last time I put in my arrival time & all was ok .

Any system problems that anyone knows of going on now?

My online check-in info dropped after the new update. Had to redo and I kept getting error message on my address. I noticed the zip code box and 3 extra blank spaces. Once corrected ,it worked.:confused3 Do you have dining plan on reservation? I noticed it is not showing on itinerary details. One more thing, MS informed me that my reservation number has changed.
 
Will have to try again tonight from home. Still can't get it to work ...Thanks for the info...maybe it is the upgrade.

I am having the same problem with my address. I re-enter it, etc., and it gets hung up on the "save" button. Then finally I just hit the "submit" button and tells me I need to fill in the yellow spaces of my address and the entire process starts again. Very frustrating!

When you said the 3 extra blank spaces what did you do to correct it? Thanks, any info you can give me is appreciated.
 

I believe the problem may be that the reservation numbers from the old software system Disney was using had one number for your reservation and now has a new number for the new system. I called just to confirm my reservation and was told that the number I have is incorrect and was quoted a new number. The CM told me that the numbers have changed.

HOWEVER; if you look on the dvcmember.com Website and click on Vacation Details you will still see (most likely) your old number. As a computer systems administrator I can tell you most assuredly it is highly possible that because the old numbers are still being pulled from a database by the Webserver to populate the Vacation Details, the old number may be passed to the new reservation system (which has the new number) and causing conflicts and could continue causing problems with Online Check-In until it is updated.

I recommend that you call MS just to make sure you have the correct number ASAP.

Click on the edit address button and put cursor on each of the lines and see if the cursor blinks right after the last character if not you will notice space between the cursor and last character. I just back spaced 3 times to correct.

The programing in this case isn't set for a checksum to ignore extra spaces. I guess they will get it all worked out soon. Lets all wish them a magical time doing it.
 
:)Hoorah! I went back and re-entered everything and it worked. Got rid of those extra spaces, etc. Thanks for the info. I am sure they will get it all worked out eventually.
 
Finally got it. THANKS TO ALL. All I did was edit the address & retype it. Didn't notice any spaces but evidentially something was going on..
 
thanks everyone. I tried to do on line checkin this mornining and got the error. I went straight to the Disboards (DVC) and knew I'd find help. I was able to check in after deleting the extra spaces in the zip code.
