online check-in not working

My check in day is 6/24 - I logged in at Midnight ET and was able to book my excursions but not able to do the online check-in! Any idea? I thought the window opens at Midnight

Sometimes the online check in portion doesn't open right at midnight - it can be up to a few hours later before it becomes available. Keep trying, and rest assured that you're not the only one experiencing the issue!

I think this month it has been particularly cranky from what I've read. Lots of people have struggled to get check-in to work until around 5 hours later so try again in the morning.

Thank you both, I ended up setting up a new Disney account and linking my reservation to it and it worked...go figure. This morning everything seems to be working fine.

I have always done the excursions at Midnight and then waited until after I woke up to do the online check-in. Some excursions fill up, so I want to take of that right away. The online check-in...there's no rush for that.
