Online check in not working?

I am well within my 60 days but when it pulls up my reservation it says "When you're within 60 days of your arrival date, you can simplify your Resort arrival by providing your check-in information online." And does not give me an option to check in anywhere???

When I use my iPad the disney site is the older version and I could not check in either. I used a pc and on the new "my experiences" section I could. Also when I tried to use my orbitz 6 digit number I got the same message and after I acquired my 12 digit disney confirmation number then it worked.
