Online Check-in NOT Available

Ugh ... after staying awake for over 20 hours straight to check-in for our upcoming cruise, I was unable to check-in online. I had the common issue of being able to book activities, but the check-in online was NOT available. Post this incase others have this issue.

I had found another thread on the board recommending that I create a new DCL account - using a different email address - and link the reservation. Thanks for the OP on this, it worked for me.

It's so frustrating that this seems to be an ongoing issue with the 'new' website and Disney does not appear to either be doing anything about it or can't seem to fix the issue!

As a side, I did email Disney at 1:15 am ET, after FINALLY getting checked-in. I would recommend anyone having issues to contact Disney, I used the "Contact Us" link on the website.
