OnLine Check In Issues?

I'm going through my online check in process right now for next Monday's re-positioning cruise from Copenhagen to Dover.

For some reason, the page for Pre- and Post-Cruise information doesn't save my information after it is entered. Yes, I am pressing save. It populates but when I move to the next page, it's gone... So the process won't let me finish.

Anyone else encounter this?

Are you putting in conflicting information?

Check back, there will be an error in there, from someones date of birth or something missed on ID or an error on your flights.

I made a stupid error on mine last time and it went around in circles like that and I couldn't see the wood for the trees but found it and it completed.

It's only on the 'Pre and Post Cruise' section... So odd...

It's possible that your flight times (if you are flying in or out) do not fit with DCL transfers (if you are using them).
I'd probably go out of the online checkin (leaving whatever you've already saved), as well as the DCL website. Then go back in and complete the check in, if it were me.

I've been having similar issues with my Pre Cruise flight info. I enter it in, save it...(i'm all the way through check in already)...but when I log back in later to look...it is gone.

Now...I was able to complete my online check-in...so I'm not stressed. AND, I am flying in the day before we cruise. So, I'm sort of wondering if they are tossing it out because they don't need to collect my bags from a flight on the day of the cruise (I'm taking DCL transfers).

My post cruise info seems to be remaining completely intact though. So who knows....

In February I tried at least 5 times to enter and save my post-cruise data for my Baltic cruise last month. I planned to stay several days in Copenhagen after the cruise, so it wasn't essential for Disney to have the flight information. I finally gave up and said I was driving home from the cruise. That allowed me to complete the check-in.

Obviously, this won't work if you are using Disney transportation or catching an earlier flight after the cruise and therefore need to make sure Disney knows your flight times.

I believe the DCL computer is only interested in Pre and Post cruise info for the same day as embarkation/debarkation. If you're coming in early and/or sticking around for a few days afterward, they don't seem interested.
