Online check in issue OKW

Hi, we are 60 days out and tried to check in online today. Typically at OKW you get two room preference choices but the drop downs aren't working. Anyone else experience this issue?

I think any sort of room request/preference options have been buggy or offline/unavailable for several months now

Yes, everyone is experiencing this. That section of Online Check In has been broken for almost a year now. It's always been best to call in any room requests anyway. But now it's either that or faxing them in.
