Hi,
Trying to do the online check in this AM. When you get to the add a room request box I can't for the life of me figure out how to add one. It says we will honor two requests if we can yadda, yadda, yadda and then has a cancel and a save button. How do you enter a request? Is it only through MS that this can be done? TIA

It is because the request box is there but is not yet working. Thus, any requests should be made by calling MS.

Online check in isn't designed for the DVC, it is for Disney cash Guests. DVC is just using it and as a result, it isn't 100%.

I don't think it's a matter of DVC vs cash reservations. The requests form doesn't work for either type of reservation. Never has.
