online check in glitch

Trying to check in online. It keeps coming up that my payment info is invalid or missing. it's the same card i have been using for years. when i try to edit it says that the card is already stored in my profile. i triple checked and all info is good. called my cc company and they say all is good. i prefer using this cc because it has great security and buy back points. maybe i'll just skip online check in and go to the front desk. anyone else having this problem
 
Have you tried to delete the card from your profile in your account and then reenter it?

You could also put down a different card now and then when you are at the resort, have the front desk change the card. This way you can do online check in and don’t have to go to front desk first before going to the room. They usually only charge your card at end of stay, so you have lots of time to change it (unless you hit a spending limit, then they charge earlier).

Yea, deleted cc info and re-entered it. Even tried another card. No luck. Just won't accept any cc info.
 

Using the app? Maybe try a browser or delete app and reinstall
