Online Check-In Discrepancy ?

Hi there!

I have a ressie for BWV starting this Sunday. When I pulled up the online check-in, I noticed an error. Our party is 2 adults, a 4YO, and a 2YO. We are using the DDP. In the online check-in, the 2YO is listed as an adult. I called MS twice to confirm that the information is correct on our ressie- it is. Should I go ahead with the online check-in, or will this just be a headache at the resort? If I do the online check-in, will our DDP be calculated based on 3 adults instead of 2 and require a correction?

I think I'd wait and check-in at the front desk.

Get this fixed before you check in. If your 2YO is listed as an adult, you'll be charged for an extra adult DDP. Better to get that fixed before it hits your credit card, rather than trying to fix it after the fact.

Be sure to take your reservation letter with you to show what was confirmed when you booked.

I think I'd also call MS again and speak with a different CM, just in case the person you talked to didn't know what they were looking at.
