Online check in -building selection

Just doing my online check in and was curious about something. Why is there an option to choose Moorea or Tokelau buildings, but no option to choose Pago Pago when staying on the DVC side? From post 3 it is indicated that there are 3 DCV buildings:

• Moorea - 142 studios
  • Lake View, Standard View
• Tokelau - 142 studios
  • Standard View
• Pago Pago- 76 studios
  • Standard View

Maybe because hardly anyone requests Pago Pago? Or conversely they get so many requests for the other two that putting them in online checkin saves lots of phone calls?

Actually, many times the choices available via online checkin make no sense. I ignore them and make any requests I have (which is seldom) via chat or email on the member website.

One email address through the Member website, and it goes to Member Services which handles owners’ requests for all DVC resorts.

Yes, you can call, email, or chat via the member website - it doesn’t make any difference. Good luck getting your requests!
