Those of you who have already used the online check-in
do you mind me asking how many days til your stay??

We are 49days away should we do it now??

Also i am traveling with my sisters family and we are desperate to get rooms somewhat close together any suggestions??
The travel agent has us both booked in Nemo currently and put on our RSVP requested close together rooms
but for check in should we do something special???

thanks

I did mine last night- 10 days out for this trip:)

Am I the only one who CAN'T see the new site? We are 28 days out and I am thinking of doing online check in, but I can only access the old site which says I can't check in until Jan 28.

I just tried the old site now and it won't let me select it at all and we check in in 9 days. I tried calling my CM line and was transferred to IT who said that for my reservation its a glitch and not an option. After I got off the phone I spoke to a CM friend who works at resorts and she thinks the system is down right now....which would make sense!!

What am I gaining by checking in online in advance?

Until they officially roll out the My Disney Experience and FP+, not much. When you do online check-in your packet with KTTWs will be printed and ready for you when you arrive. In theory it will shorten your time at the check-in desk. However, sometimes the line for online check-in is longer than the standard check-in line.

Nope. For that it is best to call, have the CM link your 2 reservations together, and then request that they be adjoining or at least close to each other.:thumbsup2

In Disneyspeak adjoining just means next to, or very close to, one another. Connecting has an interior door connecting the rooms together.
