Online check in and requests

If I do online check in can I make a room request?

I have never worried about where my room is but now that I have a TPV at BLT I would like to request a high floor. Should I do this online or check in when I get there? Can you even make a request for a high floor online?

Called Member services and they had no problem taking my request. Of course it isn't guaranteed but they were really friendly to talk to and helpful.

Just thought I would share in case anyone else ever has this question.
