Online Check-in and Port Arrival Times

I am gold and logged on at midnight the night I could complete online check in. I received port arrival 11:45-12:00 and boarding group 10. A couple days later silver castaway club members could complete online check in. And someone from our same cruise was able to login and get port arrival 10:45-11;00 and boarding group 3. Does Disney hold some early port arrival times for each castaway online check in giving silver and first time cruisers a way to get early port arrival times? I’m wondering if I logon the night that first time cruisers check in and snag an earlier time.

Is the other person taking Disney transportation? All Disney transportation get groups 3-5. Then platinum who checked in 38 days go next. I’m platinum and out of port canaveral get boarding group 8-10 often. Then gold gets next. In Fort Lauderdale where there is far less disnet transportation I can score group 5-6 as platinum.

You can log in at any time and check whether earlier port arrival times have become available and select a new time if one is available.

That is the Boarding Group that comes with DCL transportation.

I would love if we made a thread like the VGT, IGT thread where people report in for the ship the are sailing on, port, taking DCL transportation (and from where), Castaway status and BG given. Bonus for those to come back post sailing and let us know how boarding went.
