I've just booked cheyenne for our stay at new years:banana: ~ i've had an email to comfirm the booking, just one page with the details of the booking, is this all they sent you now?

When we booked in june online i was sent a PDF file which had a comfirmation letter in it with all the details, term and conditions etc(like you would get if it was to be sent by post) but this was through the old website/booking system.Do they not do this now with the new website?

When we (ex-BF) booked online in December last year, we only got a 1-page confirmation, and some email afterwards.

Oh right, i just remember getitng the letter, i'll wait and see if anything else comes in the next few days.

I just thought i'd add this in here for ppl's interest.

I've just had a call from my banks fraud team:eek: (worried faces all round) ~ i tried booking my package this morning on the debit card and it wouldn't go through so i tried another two times thinking i had typed something in wrong. i came to the conclusion that it wouldn't work because it was a debit card(which confused me somewhat as i have never had a problem paying for things with my card even when it says you can on use a credit card because of the type of card mine is.) However i ended up paying on my bf's card and thought nothing more of it.

I've just got off the phone to my banks fraud team ~ they phoned to check that it was me trying to make those payments and after the first time they blocked my card.
Apparently they have had alot of fraud/ problems with the DLP website and therefore its a website they keep a check on ~ So dont be surprised if you get a call from them after booking your holiday.

At least i know my bank are doing their job:thumbsup2

This happened last time we paid by credit card. I think that it is a regular thing. I was told that the easiest thing to do was to contact the card company first and tell them you are about to do the transaction and it should not be blocked.

Yes i think it is, i'll do that next time:goodvibes lol i'm sure i'll be making another booking in the near future, i dont think anyone or anything could keep me away from DLP:rolleyes1
