Online booking question

I'm sure it has been asked before, but the search feature never helps me find anything quicker. Anyway, if you do a booking online at the DVC website, how long does it take for someone to get back to you with the results? And, do they reply on line or by phone?

An email booking will take a couple of days, and you will get an email back.

Thanks. Looks like the new online system is not going to be as quick as the old fashioned land line. I emailed my requests on Monday, but started to think about it, and decided to call today. When I got the DVC CM on the line, I made my requests and asked about my emailed status. She said there was no record of it that she could find. Good thing I did not wait for a reply online.
I guess I will change my original question to: Has anyone had a problem with the online method of making a reservation?

It took two days for my request. I wouldn't do it for anything I was worried about, but I felt confident about getting a two-night (Wed. and Thurs.) stay at SSR in May.
