Online booking glitch?

So, I've got my room booked for free dining (11/21-11/29 CBR Preferred), but I've been checking for alternatives in hopes of finding something "better" - so the other night I checked through the moderates and the online system showed pretty much everything sold out for FD on my dates, with the exception of a river view pirate room at CBR. I put it in my cart, but didn't make the reservation because I wasn't sure I wanted to spend more $$$.

After a of couple hours I decided I should have booked the pirate room. I checked the availability on another computer in my house later that night, and alas the room wasn't available. Well, the next morning I went to the computer I was using when I put the room in my cart and began checking rooms again - and again no pirate rooms for my dates. However, I noticed that low and behold the pirate room was still in my cart. I didn't expect it to really be there as I went through the booking process but it let me book it and I have a confirmation number and everything.

I was probably logged into the online site when I put the room in my cart. I can't remember.Not sure what this info amounts to, and I'm not sure what happened, but I guess the moral of the story is keep checking. I'd still really like a POR room, and if rooms are stuck in limbo from time to time maybe it's possible? I can't imagine they'd let rooms sit in your cart for 12 hours or so... Good luck!
