online booking glitch- payment?

did they ever fix the glitch that they used to have with the online reservations....where if you booked online you couldn't make payments to your reservations after that initial payment? I can remember having to book over the phone for the last few vacations because we like to put a deposit then make payments to have it paid off before we arrive. I recall those who booked online ressies having to wait until arrival if they didn't pay in full when booking.

It didn't work for us at all-we got an error message saying online payment information was unavailable and we had to call to make all payments.

I was getting that called and was given to someone from "help" they emailed me a link to the old version of Disney world.com

I couldn't make an online payment earlier so I just called and gave them the payment info. I was surprised that my payment was actually due today and I never got a reminder email as I have in the past....
