Online booking for DVC

Is anyone else getting the Dinosaur error when trying to book or modify a reservation? Today is my 7 mo mark and I want to modify an existing DVC reservation.
 
I am trying to cancel my VGC studio 😭😭😭😭 reservation in late January and I've been getting an error (happened yesterday too).
 
Welll? 12-9-2020.... no problem booking for 11-9-2021, 7 days. We actually did it TWICE, as we also booked our eldest children, under a separate RES.

12-10-2020? No problem modifying to 8 days (both Ressies). BRV, home resort, Blue Card owners. 11 month booking worked just fine.

Now, you will hear all kinds of "dump cookies, reboot, use another browser" junk. Some people swear by a chicken sacrifice :).

By the time you do this? JUST CALL. It's not you - it's the sick WDW computer infrastructure.

Not sure why but for VGC, go in and modify guest and add an email back in.

Then the system lets you cancel it

Thanks! I am glad to get that off my plate but also REALLY SAD that I had to cancel it. I don't own at VGC and thought I hit the jackpot grabbing those studios! Hopefully luck will strike twice when everything reopen!

I hear you on this! I had to cancel AKV Value Studios and felt the same. Also, interestingly, I had this same exact problem, where the email address was somehow missing on the lead guest and it wouldn't let me cancel. Added the email address, and was able to cancel.
 
I had to use another browser on a completely different device yesterday. This website is such trash. If this were my bank, I’d be finding a new bank.
 
I came here to see if others were having a problem with the site as well. Yesterday and today I haven't been able to pull up anything. It's not extremely urgent so I'll just wait, but I've used different devices, browsers, incognito etc.

I haven't had any troubles with dropping and adding reservations. The only page that isn't working is the dues page.

I currently don't have a reservation. I was just trying to search to book a trip. The dues page is not pulling up for me, but I think that probably makes sense while they update all of that information.
 
DVC site dead again - 12/18/2020, since about 10:00 AM EST.

"504 Gateway Timeout" - generally indicates that the separate authentication server is overloaded, and can not perform.

I'm glad you replied to bump up this thread! I came to check if the site was down, just to find out I was stuck in a rabbit hole of a missing email 🙄. And you know we all had our emails in there so not sure who ate them. But, problem solved!
 
I just get the "We're Working on It" page when submitting the final booking details, but can't get to it. Seems to always be an issue with this site. Def not going to wait 60min for it via a phone call to Member Services.
