Is anyone else getting the Dinosaur error when trying to book or modify a reservation? Today is my 7 mo mark and I want to modify an existing DVC reservation.
Thanks! I am glad to get that off my plate but also REALLY SAD that I had to cancel it. I don't own at VGC and thought I hit the jackpot grabbing those studios! Hopefully luck will strike twice when everything reopen!

I hear you on this! I had to cancel AKV Value Studios and felt the same. Also, interestingly, I had this same exact problem, where the email address was somehow missing on the lead guest and it wouldn't let me cancel. Added the email address, and was able to cancel.
I came here to see if others were having a problem with the site as well. Yesterday and today I haven't been able to pull up anything. It's not extremely urgent so I'll just wait, but I've used different devices, browsers, incognito etc.

I currently don't have a reservation. I was just trying to search to book a trip. The dues page is not pulling up for me, but I think that probably makes sense while they update all of that information.
I'm glad you replied to bump up this thread! I came to check if the site was down, just to find out I was stuck in a rabbit hole of a missing email . And you know we all had our emails in there so not sure who ate them. But, problem solved!
I just get the "We're Working on It" page when submitting the final booking details, but can't get to it. Seems to always be an issue with this site. Def not going to wait 60min for it via a phone call to Member Services.
