Online booking and room requests

Well this previously "doubting Thomas" where on-line booking is concerned finally tried it. But how come I couldn't make any room/view requests on-line? I thought I read that you could. I booked a studio at BCV for just one night. It was an additional night to an existing reservation, and might get changed or cancelled once DH makes flight arrangements, so it's not a big deal right now. But I expected the option for "near elevator" or "pool view" or "high floor" or at least SOME. But na-da. Did I miss something? By the way, it was otherwise very smooth and straightforward.

The on-line check-in process is being updated to include room requests.
