Online AP Renewal Problem

We are trying to renew our APs online, and have run into a problem. Either the website isn't working right, or we're being totally stupid. (Maybe I should post a poll and find out which ;) )

We can enter the first AP with no problem... we need to do that in order to enter the Passholder site anyway. Then we get a screen asking for an additional pass to renew, so we put the otner one in, press Submit, and get the add a pass screen again. Then we press Renew, and select two APs.

Each time we do this, and look at our shopping cart, there's an error saying we can only get one AP because we only have one to renew.

Has anyone been able to renew more than one AP in one session? Are we just being totally dumb? Is the website broken? :badpc:

Thanks for any assistance!

DO they have the same expiration date? If not, maybe that is your problem. I've never renewed online, but sometime very minute things can mess up an online system.

Can i jump in and ask you guys a question? We are newly ap holders i was wondering during our renewal period next year will the cost be the same amount or is it reduced? At us/ioa we get a discount on aps. Thanks

It's about a $50 renewal discount. You can renew your AP up to one month after expiration (if you renew in person), or you can renew prior to expiration online or by mail or by phone.

The renewed pass would expire one year from the expiration of the original pass...not one year from actual renewal.
