Online ADR's... WOW!

I bet some of you have checked out this thread expecting to read about some negative experience with Disney and their website, namely booking ADR's. I will admit I have been guilty with often complaning about Disney's website here on the DIS. In the past I have always and I do mean always ended up having major problems where I ended up calling to make my ADR's. Not this time; it went effortlessly and without any glitches with my 180 day window opening this morning at 6:00am. Oh yea.

Here is a rundown of what I was able to get. I should say that I did get everything I wanted and just about for the time I wanted it for. The only exception appears to be Narcoossee's which seems to not be able to book 8 people. I'm going to have to call on that one.

These are all for a party of 8.

June 3rd.. Boathouse 7:00 pm
June 4th... Yachtsman Steakhouse 5:30 pm
June 5th... Crystal Palace Breakfast 8:00 am
June 5th... Artist Point 5:30 pm
June 6th... Minnie's Seasonal Dine & Fantasmic at Hollywood & Vine 4:45 pm Not a big fan of buffets and not sure about spending a whole day at a chopped up DHS? Also don't care for Brown Derby or Mama Melrose either. Also have Whispering Canyon Cafe at 6:05 pm... I'll cancel one of them in the next few days.
June 7th... Jiko 5:30 pm
June 8th... Citricos 5:30 pm
June 9th... Be our Guest 11:30 Not a fan, but I'm taking one for the team.
June 9th... California Grill 9:05 pm.

So for the first time I had no problems and no long waits on the phone to make ADR's. It all went nice and smoothly at the comfort of my computer screen.

I also had no problems at all when booking my ADRs. Maybe we're just lucky

Looks like you'll have some nice dining on your trip. Try the roast beef sandwich or braised pork for your BOG lunch. Both are delicious!.

Hooray! I'm hoping for some of your luck when I try to book ADRs for 15 on Tuesday! I think I'm going to have more luck if I call with such a large group.

Wow, 15. I'm thinking you are correct having to call. For us Narcoossees has been our tradition on arrival night; however, this is the first time we have had 8 and cannot book online for Narcoossees. It requires calling the restaurant directly. When I called this morning it goes to recording with a promise to call me back as soon as they can. No return call and its now late night. I hope you have better luck... This has been my only snag today.

great choices....w just decided to go to Disney again...we went this past May..so what the heck..may as well use the AP again...so far we have booked air and resort ..and only one restaurant..O'hana...I am looking at some of your choices and may think of those too....thanks for your updates and we had no issues with getting even Ohana
