So, why can't DVC members use our ressie #'s to book online? I'm slightly ever confused about this.

I've never been able to find my DVC reservations on the WDW website under "My Disney Vacation". There's a spot there to type in your reservation number. When ever I try it most always get "Sorry, we are not able to display your reservation at this time. Please try again later."
I think (though I don't know for sure) that it's the whole link between CRO and DVC reservations that's broken, not just the ADRs.
Maybe?![]()
I suspect that's close to the truth.
I don't think the WDW web site is set up to enter DVC ressies...I think that your ressie not working on the WDW site, in "My Disney Vacations", is a design choice. They just had no intention of ever "tracking" DVC vacations there.....

Well, it does recognize them as a reservation #, it just can't use them.
If you put in your valid DVC res # and submit it with a phone #, you get this error:
If you change a res # digit, you get this error:
So, either
1) They are using a checkdigit and the res #'s can be validated (but not found)
2) They can find them, but choose not to allow us to use them for some reason.
I made our adrs today for our Sept trip. I found the site very easy once we deceided what and where we wanted. We are 84 days out and got almost everything that we wanted around the time we wanted. The site didn't ask for any resort ressie info at all. but I was logged in with my disney.com user name and password.
Slightly off topic...our 10th is September 23rd. Your 20th must (obviously) be pretty close to that!
