Online ADRs Thread (Updated FAQ 9/9/9)

I booked through wdw all i am getting is a pic. When it first comes up it says,,, loading online booking system,,,then nothing!!!

Bummer,, i really wanted to go back to bed but now the baby is up

Do you have the latest version of Flash? I know my old laptop won't run it and that's what happens. I had to come down to the office to book mine instead of comfy in bed with the laptop!

Don't know but that last few days it was working fine so i don't think is the problem!

Last night b4 bed i was on there checking it out and was working great!

Anyone know how many minutes before 7:00 I should call in to get through the prompts?

Lacrosse Lady72 had the SAME problem with CRT breakfast yesterday. You should post there and ask her how that worked out.......

Tried to pull it up and can't get it.

did a quick search and if you are looking for 4 people, there is a lunch at 11:50 and 12:10. i dont know about other party sizes.

We have 4 adults and 6 kids (4,4,3,2,infant,infant)

Will to split into two tables though of 5 and 5

when i plug that in the same times come up, however, it does say

I was able to book my two ressies online this a.m. no problem. - BUT I had problems for over a week getting the system to retrieve my ressie and phone number - after a few calls it got worked out two days ago, no answer as to how or what the problem was it just accepted it???? finally!. IF you can get the system to work, It's great and I love it. I hope they work out all the bugs soon so everyone can have the opportunity to use it! Good luck!

This may have been asked, but if you book through the phone system will you still get a conf email and be able to retrieve the ressies online?

been ringing since 6.50, got through at 7am on the dot, and now on hold with a 32 minute wait.

so glad I got my butt out of bed in the middle of the night for the site to be useless

I just finished booking ALL 8 of my reservations online!! I got all of the times I wanted except for 50's Primetime which I had to settle for an hour later but considering everything, I'm very pleased with how everything went...it linked with our resort reservations and everything! I was shocked at how smooth it all went! I guess most of the kinks are worked out of the system. I started at 6am and finished by 6:20am and had even gotted my confirmation email by 6:30! It sure beats the heck out of waiting on the phone for hours!!!

im on hold here too except there was a blank silence where the amount of wait time estimated is supposed to be... haha perhaps not good.... :S

Dot of 7am for me too, and my estimate hold time is "longer than 35 minutes". I wonder if they have fewer people working on the phone lines on Sunday mornings?

booked online this morning...started saving ressies in my safari browser and then it froze up midway..opened explorer and logged in and nothing was in my cart...started over and everything went fine..recieved emails from disney w/ confirmation numbers...then when i entered ressie numbers in the dining reservations part of my disney vacation it says it cant be found..i do believe other people have been having this problem as well...i feel confident everything got booked though i will also be doing this the next 3 mornings im tired

Yep, its awesome how smooth it was for me too. we had the same issue with 50"s Prime time, had to take an hour earlier... what day did you book it for?

cant pull up my 'retreive your resort reservation'
cant check availability
on hold on phone for 20 minutes, said it would be 30.
