It seems the majority of DISers making ADRs are using the online system. However, for some reason, I have not been able to access online bookings since my window opened up yesterday morning. I've been trying every few hours and receive the same error message. I've even called tech support a few times and each time they've told me that it is a temporary problem, or that there are currently too many users on the system.

Is there anyone else out there who hasn't been able to access online bookings? I think it is a fantastic system to have available, but if only it were functional. This is the page that pops up when I try to access the link...

I was having problems this morning as well. So I called in everything. They are having problems. I know shocker! I just called again to see if it was fixed and was told that they are "refreshing" the system. They can't make new ADR's or look at old ones. She told me to call back in 2-3 hours. And for that I waited yet another 20 minutes

Oh well.
