Online ADRs - I'm at 181 days, and it still shows 180 + 10 dates

I am at 179 days + 10, and the system is only letting me book at 180 + 10. For example, check it on 2nd, and it will only let me book until 12th - same as yesterday. The system should add a day, right? I need this as we go for 14 days, so I need to book a few more days of ADRs. It's no big deal though, as we check into AKV for 12 nights, and so each day this week, I'll be able to add another day of reservations.

Anyone else have this problem? I much rather prefer to book online as I like getting the email confirmations. I think I'm missing something here in regards to the days - although this is only a 1 night stay. So, could this be it?

If it's 181 days from your vacation, then you shouldn't be able to book anything yet. Do you mean 179 days?

My understanding of the system is that it's only supposed to be for +10. When you call in CMs generally override this rule so you can add a day and do what you are asking. I haven't ever heard of online allowing it, but perhaps something has changed recently that I've missed.

If you call, I believe that you can pull those reservations up online and print the confirmation.

Yes, I'm sorry, I meant 179. I'm an English teacher, so math is not my best subject - LOL!

I think I figured it out. This reservation is for 1 night only (it's our 1st night), so would that be the reason?

Yes, if you have a 1 night reservation, followed by a 12 night reservation you will only be able to book 180 days out from the 1 night reservation.

When your 180 days comes up for your second reservation, you will be able to book with the 180+10.

I have the same issue -- one night at BW, 9 nights at BC. Will have to call one day for the first reservation and the second day for the rest of them even though we are vacationing for 10 nights straight.

Thanks, I guess this explains it. I was able to book 10 days worth of dining two days ago, and then today, the beginnig of my 12 night stay, I was able to add another day. I'll do that for several more days this week, and we'll be good to go!
