Has Disney solved the booking reference issues with online ADR,s yet? Does the twelve digit ref. number work now? Or is the new format number the only one they plan on supporting?

I cant help you but im getting frustrated with mine as i had to call the dining res line! i asked her to help me so i could do it on line and she told me she has No idea how it works:confused:......
so now i have more to do and i can not get my DDP to match my bookings or even get my hotel to match so i can do my reservation plus 10 thing luckily i did my 1st 10 days when i called but an hours phone call is not what i want again! :(

Not sure if this will work as it is too early for me to try but last year when there was a blip I got the WDW reservation number (obviously the old one) and linked it in on the WDW site (USA site) before my ADR date. Then it brings up your booking date before time and you just log in on the date and go. Not sure if this will solve the problem people are experiencing in the UK or if I am just fooling myself ;)

Thanks! just logged onto the USA Disney World Web site by choosing the 'international version' option at the bottom of the home page then retrieved my reservation using the 12 digit ref number. This is the first time it has let me view the reservation (booked via CO). It reminded me to book Dining reservations online and has given me the date I can start. Looks like it will work, I will have to wait until the 8th May to find out.:yay:

good news -we make adrs on 30th April so I will let you know how we get on :goodvibes:

Looks like we are out there around the same time, we fly on the 30th of October, 2 nights at POR, then 3 nights on the Dream before we come back to 11 nights at BC.

I fly on 1st nov and my adr date is 5th may so all the calculators say, gonna try and log in with our 12 digit number too

I just made all mine apart from the last 3 days and I had to call and get the number from Disney.
My UK number did not work and they gave me one that looks nothing like it which has letters and numbers and its not 12 digits only 8 :confused3 Was told if I had any problems to call back.

Still it worked fine and all booked and at the times we wanted so I'm happy. All booked on the UK site as well.

Hope all the rest of you manage to get sorted out.

When you called did Disney give you the 12 digit number? I tried a few weeks ago and was told they had system problems, and have yet to have another go at calling :scared1:

Thanks so much for this :thumbsup2 I had a few cancellations to make that would have incurred charges due to a change in our holiday plans, and this worked for me after trying via the UK site for days!

Now, if I could just find the notebook with the other dining confirmation numbers - it was lost in our recent house move, and the confirmation emails from that block of booking didn't arrive from Disney :( I thought when I managed to retrieve my reservations online there may have been a lovely long list of all the ADRs, but no such luck!

I called today and the very nice woman said give me your UK number and then she gave me a number which was 3 letters and 5 numbers. I was surprised when it was not 12 digits but I got her to confirm the package we have booked etc just to be sure and it was fine.

When I put that in it worked straight away. I did keep telling me after doing more than one ADR to confirm but if I unchecked the link to my reservation/dinning plan and then checked back in it worked. Bit fussy but I have all the confirmation emails through.

Ah - good to hear, I'll give them another call before my window opens up :thumbsup2

I booked with WDTC UK and got a 6 digit reference originally. Last Thursday I emailed them and asked for a US reference number. They sent me a 12 digit one on Sunday (impressive!). I logged into the US site, and did "Add reservation", which took a couple of attempts (with the 12 digit number), but then worked (I think I used the "through a travel professional" rather than Direct. When I did "View details" on this, it then showed me the 8 (3 letters + 5 numbers) reference at the top of that page. So I now have 6 digit, 12 digit, and 8 character references. If none of them work when I make online ADRs on April 23, I don't know what I'll do!!

The site does keep wanting to flick back to the UK version though, which gets quite annoying. You just have to persist - make sure you create an account on the US site, and link your ressie on there. It is now reminding me I have 193 days to go, and that I can make ADRs on April 23.

Just keeping fingers crossed that Hoop Dee Doo is actually going to be open in October, think the kids will love it. Other than that, DW has done an ADR plan that looks decent, although still not finalised yet.
