Not sure if this will work as it is too early for me to try but last year when there was a blip I got the WDW reservation number (obviously the old one) and linked it in on the WDW site (USA site) before my ADR date. Then it brings up your booking date before time and you just log in on the date and go. Not sure if this will solve the problem people are experiencing in the UK or if I am just fooling myself![]()
good news -we make adrs on 30th April so I will let you know how we get on:
I just made all mine apart from the last 3 days and I had to call and get the number from Disney.
My UK number did not work and they gave me one that looks nothing like it which has letters and numbers and its not 12 digits only 8Was told if I had any problems to call back.
Still it worked fine and all booked and at the times we wanted so I'm happy. All booked on the UK site as well.
Hope all the rest of you manage to get sorted out.

When you called did Disney give you the 12 digit number? I tried a few weeks ago and was told they had system problems, and have yet to have another go at calling![]()
I called today and the very nice woman said give me your UK number and then she gave me a number which was 3 letters and 5 numbers. I was surprised when it was not 12 digits but I got her to confirm the package we have booked etc just to be sure and it was fine.
When I put that in it worked straight away. I did keep telling me after doing more than one ADR to confirm but if I unchecked the link to my reservation/dinning plan and then checked back in it worked. Bit fussy but I have all the confirmation emails through.
