One week from today we will be in California!!

We're very excited to be going back to California to visit!! We lived in Paso Robles for about 8 years before moving to the south. We are going to go visit friends in the central coast area. We hope to do some wine tasting, Hearst Castle, Farmer's Market in SLO then we will be heading to Disneyland for 4 days before coming back home.

Can't wait!!

Thank you Barkley - I was just beginning to pack and it has been so hot here I would have packed all shorts. I have to remember how chilly the nights get so I will make sure to pack some jackets and pants too. Going to keep my eyes on the weather channel up til we leave

Thanks Damo - we use to live in the Central Coast area and I really miss it. DH had to transfer with his job and this is our first trip back to California in 9 years!! I can't believe we lived there for 8 years and never went to DL - so this will be out first Disneyland trip too

One week from today I will be in California. We're going to Redding to visit my brother and my parents and brother are also flying in from Ohio. I'm so excited. My brother lived in Santa Ana for 26 years but moved to Redding couple of years ago and I haven't been there yet. Can't wait.

Have fun Nala!!! You are really going to enjoy your trip! My DS was 2 when we moved so he doesn't remember California so both of my kids are really looking forward to our trip.

Welcome back to California! Weather should be nice - not too hot yet. We'll be in SoCal in 4 weeks.

We love the Central Coast & Cambria. Trying to decide if we want to come home the long way (101) and stop there for a night or two.

Thanks minniecarousel! We are really lookong forward to it. I love Cambria also - I just can't wait to get back and visit some of our favorite places - then to top it off we get to end the trip at Disneyland!
