One way car rentals

I have heard of people getting great deals on one way car rentals where you fly one way and drive the car back. Does anyone know what I'm talking about. If so, I would love a link! Thanks!

Yes! Generally it's from major northern/midwest cities to Florida in the late fall, and from Florida to those major cities in the spring. They are only offered for a few weeks each season to move the rental car fleets to where there is more seasonal demand. Sometimes only certain vehicle classes are included, and the number of vehicles to be moved is limited. Several of the major car rental companies offer it, rates can be $20 or $25 a day, sometimes less, sometimes more, depending on the vehicle class, with no out of state drop off fees.

Unfortunately most of the one way rentals from Florida expired May 31st. I know Alamo and National had them but they are expired now. I see Avis still has it but it ends on Friday June 25th.
