Correct. You will not be able to pre schedule FP+ rides and will have to wait until you are in the park to make selections at a FP+ kiosk.

Well, that's not exactly true now that off-site visitors can book in advance. As soon as you purchase your tickets once you get there, you will be able to add them to MDE and then you can schedule your FP+ for the number of days on your passes. You will not have to use the kiosks on the day of unless you have an issue that you need human help with.
